The downside to this toner is that so far, it's made my skin progressively oilier throughout the day and i'm not sure why. It might be the niacinimide in it.
My skin this week has been pretty irritated due to over-exfoliation and Differin so it's quite sensitive aswell but this toner hasn't stung. 🧏♀️ 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Pretty much watery and milky but after patting it onto my skin, it feels instantly moisturised and leaves it feeling plump.
I put 2 layers of the I'm From Rice Toner on and my skin ***glows***. If you get an Asian beauty toner (Japanese or Korean notably) be sure to apply more than one layer to get the benefits!

Yes, it can be used everyday.
I’m from rice toner is a personal favorite of mine right now! I layer it twice and the glow is insane. I cannot believe the difference after using it consistently.
