Melano CC Vitamin C Essence. Gentle but effective for reducing hyperpigmentation.
A few years back i used melano cc vitamin c lotion/toner on my face and noticed that my eyelashes seemed thicker and fuller. I stopped using it for a while but again picked up the vitamin c essence and now my eyelashes seem much healthier and thicker than before (i put some directly on my eyelashes lol).
I feel like a lot of people will say Melano CC, but personally that broke me out and I didn't like the greasy texture.
