TIRTIR milk light toner first time applying texture feels so much better compared to the light, very silky and actually absorbs into the skin. It is very hydrating as well, and has NO silicone, which products with silicone never work for my skin they dry my face out after a while.

Not at Sephora but I highly recommend the Korean TirTir one. One of the best milky toners that I’ve used. The consistency is thin though.

I’m currently using the Tirtir light milky toner because I bought it from Costco thinking I needed the light version for warmer weather, and I kinda hate it. It’s essentially water, and my skin is craving more. I don’t have any of either of the aforementioned milky toners, so I replaced it with the Haruharu milky toner which is THICK. Almost the consistency of the Tirtir ceramic milk ampoule. But my skin is soaking it all in and loves it!! So to answer your question, I think that the Tirtir light milky toner isn’t going to cut it for your dry skin so go with I’m From. The Tirtir may be good for sensitive skin? I don’t usually have that issue so I don’t know. I have had times right after dermaplaning my skin I have felt some stinging from Tirtir regular I’m From milky toners, but it wasn’t unbearable. And it went away after a day or two. I haven’t tried using the light toner yet after dermaplaning.
