YES!! It bleeds everywhere and anywhere, it also leaks from the start of the applicator. The tip has almost no product. And then it completely dries out after 1/2 months? Not recommended.

Same thing happened with me, bled all over the place. I swear by the physicians formula eye booster in waterproof black. It's a great brush tip for super fine wings and doesn't bleed!

I always use NYX Epic Ink Liner but it’s been applying differently lately and I’m not sure if they changed the formula! I used to love it but now it crusts up on my eyelid and doesn’t look as sharp. I bought some new ones since I thought maybe mine was just old but I’m still having the same issue. Please help, I am nothing without my cat eye 😲
