The list you have is excess for barrier repair imo. Less is more. Use the Vanicream face wash, get Avene Cicalfate+ Repair Cream, a basic moisturizer like Vanicream, and an SPF that doesn’t irritate your skin. Zinc based helps barrier repair even more. Stick with this basic routine for at least 8 weeks.

If I have a red irritation somewhere or when I think I need to even out my skin, I use Avene, Cicalfate which makes wonders. I added Madecassol here for those with acne or scar. The other reason is because it is such an amazing product for damaged skin. I got this after an awful facial I had last summer which destroyed my almost perfect skin. I had several irritation, red patches, breakout... They all disappeared in a couple days. It is actually a scar cream.
